FREEZER MEALS
Last time when I went to my mom's house for holidays, My husband was skipping either breakfast/dinner everyday, due to unavoidable circumstances. So this time I made sure that he never goes hungry. Prepped some freezer meals for him since I'm going outta station.. Now most of u know that freezer meals are very common in foreign countries. But we don't have the habit of freezing the leftovers or preparing 'make ahead' freezer meals. Trust me. It's really useful when it comes to tough times. Now that I've prepared these, I will post the recipes. It might be very useful to you as your loved ones can take care of their hunger pangs at an instant!! THESE MEALS LASTS ABOUT A MONTH MINIMUM AND 3 MONTHS MAXIMUM. DO NOT RE FREEZE IF ITS THAWED TO ROOM TEMPERATURE.
